Rosa Loy's solo exhibition at Lyles & King in New York. Loy is a key member of the New Leipzig School of contemporary German painting, she not only aims for a definite composition of colours and shapes in canvas, but also maintains an open approach to any inspirations. The keyword of her practice is women who actively and independently carry out their activities in daily life. At the first solo exhibition in NY in twelve years, the paintings show Loy's metamorphic powers in work.
